Plus it has some really cool features such as the Collaborate section that allows you and your team members to discuss new post ideas, share interactions from the live stream and review drafts. Also the monitor section that allows you to keep tabs on your client’s competitors and to be apart of trending conversations.
However, the best part is the scheduling feature. So picture it, you’ve created your designs and now you have to post or schedule them to your platforms. Instead of posting them manually as I’ve mentioned before, you can schedule them in Zoho and have peace of mind knowing that it has been done.
In addition to that, after studying your post times and when your audience is online, it tracks and updates you on the best time to post your content. It also has a customer relationship management feature as well that allows you to coordinate sales efforts, accounting and a CRM app.

All in all, Zoho is AMAZING and I would recommend it to any social media managers or small businesses who aren’t able to dedicate time to their social platforms.
